Holistic Therapy:
An Alternative Approach to Traditional Counseling

Holistic Therapy blends traditional counseling with wellness
    practices from the East.

The model  ensures clients support while working toward their
desired outcome, without being labeled with a diagnoses.

The therapist serves to educate, motivate, inspire and support
the client in achieving their goals.

With tools, clients begin to notice their harmful thought patterns
and the impact these thoughts have on their lives. Then clients
begin to question their thoughts and restructure old thought
patterns that fully support them in this world.

Clients may utilize a variety of transformational practices
    including: self-inquiry,reconciliation, linguistic programing,
affirmation, yoga therapy, meditation and teachings of radical
    acceptance and manifestation.

This approach is ideal for Individuals willing to overcoming
fear, recover from trauma or personal hardships.

At the initial session, individuals are provided with powerful take
home practices to strengthen their emotional, physical and
    spiritual body.

Intensive Financial Counseling is also available.

FEE FOR SERVICE:

Each session is $80.  As a therapist I have chosen to have a cash based practice
because I believe it is unethical to have to give someone a  diagnose in order to receive
payment from the insurance company.  Insurance companies require a diagnosis in
order to grant payment for care.  This diagnosis can follow clients over their lifetime
and impact their ability to get insurance in the future.  I also believe, that in most cases
it is harmful to label oneself or others with a diagnosis.  Instead I work from a strengths
based perspective that focuses on helping clients come back to their best self.

       * Sliding Scale available for those who income qualify.

Peace does not mean to be in a place
where there is no noise, trouble, or
hard work.  It mans to be in the midst
of all those things and still be calm in
your heart. - Unknown
