And I would be honored to be your personal health & wellness coach! My journey to health and wellness started with my diagnosis of Celiac Disease in 2013 when my cousin pinpointed my symptoms as Celiac right away. I had no idea what Celiac’s disease was at the time and I thought the gluten free diet was just a trend diet, and had no real knowledge of what gluten really was. Sure enough after blood work and an endoscopy later my doctor called me with the diagnosis sounding like he just gave me a terminally ill fate. Little did I know that that diagnosis was going to change my life forever. It has started a journey far deeper than I thought it could go, it has made me question every single ingredient I put into my body. What is it? Where did it come from? How was it made? And is it gluten free? I’ve been on a quest ever since to relinquish my symptoms of IBS, brain fog, memory loss, acne, and debilitating fatigue – most of which have subsided. I’ve learned so much along the way, and i’m a huge advocate for people to go gluten free for almost any health concern.

Unfortunately my health issues didn’t stop there…

Since then I started a family with my husband and decided to become a stay at home mom and quit my retail job. And to much of my surprise during my pregnancy with my second child I had quite a few medical challenges that involved my thyroid and my glucose levels. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism in my first trimester that actually was Hashimoto’s autoimmune disorder and gestational diabetes in my third trimester. It came as quite a shock since I thought I was doing everything right, taking my supplements, juicing every morning, and I was already gluten and dairy free, and eating a pretty balanced diet. My thyroid issue sent me into a serious depression, mood swings, and extreme fatigue. I reluctantly started taking thyroid hormone pills to stabilize my TSH, even though I knew it wasn’t helping the root of the problem to cure my thyroid problem. Hashimoto’s is a result from your own body attacking your thyroid and their can be multiple reasons why it is, one most likely reason for me was inflammation and adrenal fatigue. I was lucky enough to control my diabetes through diet without taking any medication, but let me tell you… that lifestyle is no fun and was a serious challenge to me the first two weeks.

MY CALLING…

After two autoimmune diseases later, I finally knew what my calling was… to help people navigate through lifestyle changes in order to enhance their health and well being. I really believe in the science behind our bodies, and when you have a symptom your body is trying to tell you something. Medication for me is a last resort when it comes to healing although it can help in many ways. There are so many things that affect our health, but one thing is for sure, if you don’t have your health what do you have? My goal in life is to help people find their wellness before they get a diagnosis that can change their life forever. Genetics only play a small role in our fate and I hope to empower you to take accountability for your own health.


I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition* where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between.

My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. Drawing on my expertise, I work with my clients to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.

Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love and relationships as well as career and money. I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your life.

My goal is to empower as many people as possible to be more proactive in their health and wellness, and to listen to their bodies. If we let it, our bodies know how to heal itself if given the right tools. The tools your body needs to succeed are very simple and it starts with what you feed it. I help streamline nutritional information for my clients, which can be confusing and typically contradictory. There’s one thing for sure, and that is you need to be ready to commit to your health and wellness and make small but consistent changes in order to achieve your optimal health. It’s not easy to do it on your own, just like you wouldn’t climb mount everest without a guide to help you go the safest and easiest route with tips and tricks along the way, you are way more likely to hit your goal of getting to the top. I will be your guide every step of the way to make this transition in your life seamless and stress free. Making your health a priority could be the smartest thing you can do for yourself and those around you. Your health and well being is my priority!

A health coach is someone who mentors and guides you towards your wellness goals.
