Seasoned Chicken Thighs


  • 1 TBSP Garlic Powder
  • 1 TBSP Chili Powder
  • 1 TBSP Dried Oregano
  • 1 TBSP Cumin
  • 2 Teas freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 Teas Himalayan Salt
  • ⅓ cup of Avocado oil

3 – 4 lbs Chicken Thighs, bone in skin on

Preheat oven to *425. In a large bowl combine garlic powder, chili powder, dried oregano, cumin, black pepper, and salt. Mix all the seasonings until well combined. Add chicken thighs to the bowl and toss to coat the chicken thighs evenly. Pour the avocado oil onto the chicken thighs and mix to incorporate ingredients. Place chicken in a cast iron or dutch oven dish and bake until internal temperature of the chicken reaches 175 degrees. Once desired temperature is reached put oven on broil mode and broil chicken until the skin is crispy about 4 mins.
