    Yoga practice encourages relaxation, increases strength and flexibility and improves
    overall balance.  The highest purpose of yoga is to help us find inner peace and self
    acceptance.

    Restorative Yoga  This practice brings balance to our autonomic nervous system and is greatly
    beneficial for chronically stressed individuals.  

               Hatha Yoga:  Refers to the heating and cooling of the body with physical postures and movements of  
             the body, breathing practices and meditation. Beginner, intermediate & advanced classes available.

    Meditation  Develops an inner calmness, intuition and true self knowledge. Learn simple meditative
    techniques to calm your mind, ease your worries and return to the joyfulness of life.  You will also learn
    pranayama (breathing practices) accompanied with insight or instrumental meditation, mantra,
    chanting, and labyrinth walking.

  •  Schedule your class when it is  convenient for your group.  During the workday,  
      weekends, staff retreat or after hours to meet the needs of your group

  •  Sheila will come to you or arrange off site location.
